Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at info@virellea.com if an item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving a reason. This is in addition to our 90-Night Money-Back Guarantee.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@virellea.com.
